"I just love the juxtaposition of different fabrics! Along with most art quilters, I enjoy shape and line, but it also wows me to see what happens when two or more prints come together. I've been a "traditional" quilter for many years, but I've always been drawn to contemporary interpretations of old designs. Now I'm trying to loosen up even further, and what a journey it's been. Journeys--I love to travel and have been greatly inspired by different cultures and their fiber arts. I'm still in a phase of exploration--new techniques and styles--and I don't know what's on the road ahead, but I'll love the trip."
