"When I discovered quilting in 1984, it became the medium that combined the use of design, color, and fabric that most satisfied my needs for self-expression. I have studied with Virginia Avery, Rachel Clark, Sandi Fox, Jean Ray Laury, Ruth McDowell, Jan Meyers-Newberry, Mary Coyne Penders and Judi Warren Blaydon.

I make both art and comfort quilts. I like to take a traditional block and set it in a contemporary way. Also, nature is an influence in my quilt-making.

My quilts have been exhibited at the Aullwood Audubon Art Quilt Show, Dayton, Ohio; the El Camino Art Gallery, the El Segundo Library, and the Cypress Community Gallery."
