Who We Are
Quilts on the Wall
We are a group of textile artists dedicated to learning about and sharing art quilts. Our projects are displayed on the wall rather than the bed. The group votes on at least two Challenges a year, allowing members to create their own vision of the theme. Both juried and non-juried exhibits travel to local and national venues such as quilt and textile art shows and are displayed in art galleries. You are invited to come to our meetings. Guests are always welcome. Bring your "show and tell" projects. Join us for a social lunch after the meeting.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Membership is open to anyone interested in art quilting. Annual dues are $50, paid through our website. Once you join, you can enter challenges, attend meetings, and exhibit with the group.
-
Each challenge has a $50 entry fee. It covers professional photography of your finished piece, used for promotion and the exhibit; photos are emailed to members afterward. The fee is per entry, so if you enter more than one challenge, it's $50 for each.
-
Each year there are several opportunities to create art for exhibits at venues across the U.S. New members should read the Artist Entry Form Agreement and the Juror Guidelines for guidance. Professional photographs of your entry are included in your entry fee and are emailed to members after the exhibit. Some venues ask that work not be shown publicly until after their show.
